摘要
目的:分析多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome,PCOS)患者治疗中补肾活血方联合二甲双胍对超声指标、性激素水平和血清学指标的影响。方法:研究对象选取2014年7月—2016年6月于我院妇产科就诊的PCOS患者88例,按照随机数字法将研究对象均分为对照组和研究组,各44例。对照组患者给予口服炔雌醇环丙孕酮,研究组患者采用二甲双胍缓释片联合补肾活血方治疗,对比两组患者的超声指标、性激素水平、临床疗效和不良反应。结果:研究组患者超声总有效率为89.13%,对照组患者超声总有效率为70.73%,研究组明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.51,P=0.01);两组患者治疗后T、LH、FSH等性激素水平明显低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后血清学指标均明显低于治疗前,且IGF-1、CRP、TNF-α水平明显低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组患者超声总有效率为90.91%,对照组患者超声总有效率为70.45%,研究组明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.91,P=0.02);两组患者均无明显不良反应发生。结论:二甲双胍联合中药补肾活血方可改善超声指标,提高治疗总有效率,降低PCOS患者的炎症介质水平,改善性激素水平。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Bushen Huoxue Decoction(补肾活血方)combined with metformin on ultrasonography,sex hormone levels and serological parameters in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS).Methods:88 subjects treated in our hospital from July 2014 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=44)and the study group(n=44)according to the random number method.The patients in the control group were treated with oral estradiol and progesterone.The patients in the study group were treated with metformin sustained-release tablets combined with Bushen Huoxue Decoction(补肾活血方).The ultrasound indexes,sex hormone levels,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of ultrasonography was 89.13%in the study group and 70.73%in the control group,the effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ2=6.51,P=0.01).After treatment,the levels of T,LH and FSH were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum level,IGF-1,CRP and TNF-αof the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The effective rate of ultrasound was 90.91%in the study group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,70.45%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.91,P=0.02);no significant adverse reactions occurred in two groups of patients.Conclusion:Metformin combined with traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Huoxue Decoction(补肾活血方)could improve the ultrasound index,improve the efficiency of treatment,reduce the level of inflammatory mediators in patients with PCOS and improve sex hormone levels.
