摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在眼科门诊泪道冲洗中的应用效果。方法将门诊行泪道冲洗患者216例随机分为观察组和对照组,各108例。对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组采用舒适护理模式。结果观察组焦虑程度低于对照组(P<0.05),满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),主要是呛咳发生率存在差异(1.85%比9.26%,P<0.05),而皮下肿胀和晕厥发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论采用舒适护理模式治疗门诊泪道冲洗过程中,不仅能有效地缓解患者的焦虑程度,使其能更好地配合治疗,还能提高患者对护理服务的满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing applied to lacrimal duct flushing on outpatients.Methods 216 patients with lacrimal duct flushing in outpatient were randomly divided into control group(n=108)and observation group(n=108).The control group was given routine nursing,and observation group was given comfortable nursing.Results The score of anxiety degree in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing care in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse effects in the observation group was lower than in the control group(P<0.05),but it depends on the significantly difference of incidence rate of bucking between two groups(1.85%vs.9.26%,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of subcutaneous swelling and syncope.Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing in the treatment of outpatient by lacrimal duct flushing can not only effectively ease the tension of patients,but also significantly improve satisfaction rate of nursing care and work efficiency.
