摘要
尿酸氧化酶是一种重要的医药用酶,临床上用来诊断和治疗痛风、高尿酸血症以及肿瘤溶解综合征等疾病。虽然其来源广泛,但现有尿酸氧化酶制剂普遍存在价格贵、具有免疫原性、稳定性差等缺陷。本文综述了医用尿酸氧化酶治疗痛风的现状,医用尿酸氧化酶的来源、存在的问题以及其现阶段的研究热点。
Urate oxidase is an important medicinal enzyme,which is used clinically to diagnose and treat gout,hyperuricemia and tumor lysis syndrome and other diseases.Despite its various sources,but almost all the urate oxidase preparations were accompanied by defects such as expensive,immunogenic,and unstable.Here in this paper,the status,resources,existing problems and current research focus of urate oxidase were reviewed.
