摘要
人类社会对能源供给和环境保护的需求推动了燃料乙醇产业的快速发展。以木质纤维素为原料的第二代燃料乙醇已成为生物能源研究的主流。但是由于技术和经济性的限制,纤维素乙醇未能实现大规模商业化应用。与淀粉原料相比较,木质纤维素原料的预处理、酶解、发酵等重要环节尚有众多瓶颈问题亟待解决,需要持续的技术革新来降低纤维素乙醇生产成本。回顾了近年来纤维素乙醇生产工艺中关键技术的进展,以期为领域内研究者提供参考。
The demanding for energy consumption and environmental protection has driven the rapid development of fuel ethanol.The second generation fuel ethanol based on lignocellulose has become the mainstream of bioenergy research.However,it has not been widely applied into industrial production due to the limitation of both biotechnology and economy.The lignocellulosic ethanol uses lignocellulose to produce ethanol via various steps such as pretreatment,enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation,in which remain many bottlenecks to be solved.Continuous technological innovation is needed to conquer the challenge of expensive cost of lignocellulosic ethanol production.This article reviewed the progress of key technology in the lignocellulosic ethanol production process in recent years to provide the basis for researchers in the field.
