摘要
图书馆作为推进智慧型社会建设的载体,在社会发展进程中,要注重资源开放服务,以便更好地满足用户需求。本文从智慧社会建设背景下图书馆的内涵和特点、图书馆信息资源开放服务的必要性、制约图书馆信息资源开放服务的要素以及图书馆信息资源开放服务的完善措施4个方面进行阐述,提出图书馆要将纸质资源、电子资源及网络资源进行整合,不断完善自身的信息资源系统,保证用户掌握检索信息的方式、方法,以提升检索效率,提高图书馆的服务质量。
As the carrier of promoting intelligent society construction,libraries should pay attention to the open services for resources in the process of social development in order to better meet users’needs.This article expounded from the four aspects of the connotation and characteristics of libraries under the background of intelligent society construction,the necessity of open services of library information resources,the factors that restrict open services of library information resources and the improvement measures of open services of library information resources.It also proposed that libraries should integrate paper resources,electronic resources,and network resources,continuously perfect their own information resources systems,and ensure that users master the methods of retrieving information,in order to improve retrieval efficiency and quality of library services.
