摘要
目的:观察益生菌联合复方阿嗪米特肠溶片治疗儿童功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)的疗效。方法:选择儿科门诊功能性消化不良患儿108例,随机分为两组,对照组54例给予复方阿嗪米特肠溶片,观察组54例加服双歧杆菌四联活菌片,记录两组患儿临床主要症状缓解时间,评价疗效,患儿均随访至2017年8月,记录治疗有效患儿近期复发情况。结果:观察组腹痛、腹胀、食欲不振、大便性状改善、恶心呕吐缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为87.04%,对照组的总有效率为64.81%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效患儿平均随访(5.7±1.8)月,复发率为12.77%,对照组总有效患儿平均随访(5.5±1.6)月,复发率为37.14%;两组患儿复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益生菌联合复方阿嗪米特肠溶片治疗儿童FD症状改善快,疗效好,且能减少近期复发率。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of probiotics combined with compound azintamide enteric-coated tablets for the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods:A total of 108 children with functional dyspepsia in the pediatric outpatient department were selected,and by the random number table method they were divided into two groups,54 cases in each group.In the study,compound azintamide enteric-coated tablets was given in the control group,while Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets was added in the study group besides that.All children were followed up to August 2017,and then the relieve time of clinical cardinal symptoms,the therapeutic effect and evaluation,and treatment of effective children with recent relapse in the two groups were recorded.Results:Abdominal pain,abdominal distension,loss of appetite,improved fecal characteristics,and nausea and vomiting were all shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 87.04%,significantly higher than that of the control group's 64.81%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average follow-up of the effective children in the study group was(5.7±1.8)months with the recurrence rate of 12.77%.In the control group,the mean follow-up of the effective children was(5.5±1.6)months and the recurrence rate was 37.14%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Probiotics combined with compound azintamide enteric-coated tablets for the treatment of children with FD can improve symptoms fast,with good curative effect,and can reduce the recent recurrence rate.
