摘要
目的根据中药特色技术传承学习,对某院门诊中药汤剂处方规范性调查结果进行分析、研究和总结。方法以《处方管理办法》为依据,调查分析某院2016年1月~2017年6月2 815张门诊中药汤剂处方的书写规范性和组方药味情况。结果不规范处方占总处方数量的39.9%。结论医院应不断完善处方管理制度,实施管理措施,规范医师的自身行为;医师应不断学习《处方管理办法》,提高专业知识技能;药师应提高审方能力,尽量避免中药汤剂处方的不规范性用药,提高用药合理性,保障用药安全。
Objective To analyze and summarize the standardized investigation results of Chinese herbal decoction prescriptions in our hospital according to the inheritance and learning of traditional Chinese medicine characteristics.Methods With the method of"prescription management method",2 815 outpatient prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine decoction of herbal medicine and writing standard were analyzed from January 2016 to June 2017.Results Irregular prescriptions were accounted for 39.9%of the total prescriptions.Conclusion The hospital should improve the prescription management system,the implementation of management measures,the physician's own behavior;The physicians should keep learning"prescription management method",to improve the professional knowledge and skills;the pharmacists should improve the ability of pharmacy to avoid irregular prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.,improve the quality of drug use.
