摘要
利用微波辅助提取法,探讨野生车前草中总黄酮提取率的影响因素.通过单因素试验分析乙醇浓度、料液比、微波时间、微波功率对车前草总黄酮提取率的影响,并通过正交试验优化最佳提取工艺.结果表明,车前草总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为75%乙醇、料液比1∶20、微波处理4min、微波功率为300 W.
Microwave-assisted extraction was used to explore the influence factors impacting extraction yield of total flavonoids from wild Plantago asiatica L..The optimal extraction conditions were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiment,which included ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,microwave-heating time and microwave power from the point of extraction yield of total flavonoids.The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows:75%ethanol,the 1:20 ratio of solid-liquid,extracting for 4 min,microwave power was 300 W.
