摘要
近年来,不断出现的食品安全问题引发人们广泛关注,尤其是乳制品,其安全问题涉及到每一个人,而牛奶安全问题中比较严重的一个就是抗生素残留问题。通过综述抗生素残留现状、来源和危害,以及比较流行的抗生素检测技术和新的检测方法,对牛奶中抗生素检测方法的发展进行展望。
In recent years,the continuous emergence of food safety issues have aroused widespread concern,especially dairy products,its safety issues involve everyone,and milk safety is more serious one problem is antibiotic residues.This article reviewed the current status,sources and hazards of antibiotic residues,as well as the more popular antibiotic detection techniques and new detection methods,and prospected the development of antibiotic detection methods in milk.
