摘要
因网络本身携带的突发性事件或个体已有的心理问题,通过网络来传播而引起的心理危机现象,被称为网络心理危机。大学生网络心理危机可以分为外源性心理危机和内源性心理危机两大类。大学生网络心理危机的形成过程主要由"初现端倪""自我救助""社会支持"以及"危机形成"四个阶段构成。大学生网络心理危机干预应遵循以来访者为中心、以问题为导向和以积极心理干预为基调等原则,并采取"确定问题—积极支持—提供方案—行动计划—获得承诺—目标检测"等步骤进行。
The psychological crisis which is transmitted through the network is called the network psychological crisis because of the sudden events caused by the network itself or people who have psychological problems or psychological crisis.College students’psychological crisis has two kinds of types:exogenous and endogenous network psychological crisis.The formation process of network psychological crisis in adolescent are mainly composed for four stages:“first emerging”,“self-help”,“social support”,as well as the“crisis forming”.The network psychological crisis intervention should follow three principles(the visitors as the center;problem oriented and based on positive psychological intervention)and six steps(problem determination,actively support,providing plan,execution of action,getting commitment and target detection).
