摘要
通过开展森林调查工作,可以明确林区内部的总体情况,进而为下一步制定林业发展规划、林区病虫害防治等工作的开展提供必要的参考,实现森林资源的可持续发展和永续利用。文章首先介绍了三类林业调查的基本内容,随后结合实际工作经验,分别从落实林权等级发证制度、加强木材流通经营管理和落实保护区管理责任等方面,就如何做好森林资源管理工作提出了几点建议。
By conducting forest surveys,the overall situation within the forest area can be clarified,which will provide necessary reference for the development of forestry development planning and prevention and control of forest pests and diseases in the next step,so as to achieve the sustainable development and sustainable use of forest resources.The article first introduced the basic content of the three types of forestry surveys,and then combined practical work experience,from the implementation of the forest right grade certification system,strengthen timber circulation operation management and implementation of the protection area management responsibilities,etc.,on how to do a good job of forest resources management made several suggestions.
