摘要
医保支付改革是区域纵向医联体形成长效内生动力的制度引擎。在先行试点探索过程中,先后涌现出镇江京口、武汉黄陂、安徽天长、深圳罗湖四种典型实践模式。文章基于四类区域纵向医联体医保支付改革实践探索,在总结四类区域纵向医联体实践有益经验和存在问题的基础上,提出完善我国区域纵向医联体医保支付改革的政策路径。
The reform of medical insurance payment is the system engine of the long-term endogenous power of the regional vertical medical partnerships.During the pilot exploration,four typical practice modes of Zhenjiang Jingkou,Wuhan Huangpi,Anhui Tianchang,and Shenzhen Luohu have emerged.On the basis of summarizing the beneficial experiences and existing problems in the medical insurance payment reform in regional vertical medical partnerships in the four regions,this paper proposes a policy route to perfect the reform of the medical insurance payment in China’s regional vertical medical units.
