摘要
基于医院的卫生技术评估(hospital-based health technology assessment,HB-HTA)是卫生技术评估在医院的应用,对医院医疗卫生技术的应用管理、医院成本及患者费用控制、提升医疗技术效果及患者安全等均具有较高的价值,是HTA新的发展领域。文章从HB-HTA的特点、应用价值及推进实施策略几个维度,简要介绍并提出建议,为推进我国HB-HTA建设提供依据。
Hospital-based health technology assessment is an application on health technology assessment in the hospitals,which has a high value for application and management of health technology in hospitals,hospital cost and patient fee control,and promotion of medical technology effect and patients’safety.Hospital-based health technology assessment is a new development field of health technology assessment.This article briefly introduced and analyzed features,application value and implementation strategy on hospital-based health technology assessment to lay a solid foundation for promoting the construction of hospital-based health technology assessment in China.
