摘要
目的探讨依达拉奉联合醒脑静注射液对重症颅脑损伤病人血清脑红蛋白和血红蛋白表达的影响。方法选择在我院接受治疗的86例重型颅脑损伤病人作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组病人接受常规治疗,观察组病人在对照组基础上应用依达拉奉注射液和醒脑静注射液。比较两组病人入院时及入院治疗第1天、第4天、第7天和第14天时的格拉斯哥昏迷(GCS)评分、脑梗死发生率及血清脑红蛋白(NGB)和血红蛋白(HGB)水平。结果入院第1天两组病人GCS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);第4天、第7天和第14天两组病人的GCS评分均明显升高,且观察组病人GCS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组病人脑梗死发生率明显低于对照组(χ~2=7.242,P<0.05)。两组病人治疗后NGB和HGB水平明显升高,观察组病人升高幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合醒脑静注射液对重症颅脑损伤的治疗效果较好,可明显升高病人血红蛋白和血清脑红蛋白的表达水平,具有神经保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of edaravone and Xingnaojing injection(XNJI)on the expression of neuroglobin(NGB)and hemoglobin(HGB)in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods Eighty-six patients with severe craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=43)treated with routine treatment,and treatment group(n=43)treated with edaravone and XNJI in the basis of routine treatment.The Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)scores,the incidence of cerebral infarction,and serum NGB and HGB levels were compared between two groups at admission and on day 1,4,7,and 14 of hospital admission.Results There was no significant difference in GCS scores between two groups at 1st day(P>0.05).The GCS scores in two groups were significantly increased at 4th day,7th day,and 14th day,which were significantly higher in treatment group than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of cerebral infarction was significantly lower in treatment group than that in control group(χ2=7.242,P<0.05).The levels of serum NGB and HGB were significantly increased in two groups after treatment,which were significantly higher in treatment group than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone and XNJI can increase serum NGB and HGB levels and have a neuroprotective effect in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.
