摘要
目的:观察三参降消胶囊对代谢综合征患者的血糖、血脂水平及血液流变学指标的影响。方法:选取代谢综合征患者67例,将其随机分为治疗组34例和对照组33例两组。对照组使用西药降糖降压降脂治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用三参降消胶囊治疗。对比两组患者血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂及血液流变学指标。结果:治疗前两组的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂及血液流变学水平对比差异无统计学学意义;治疗后显著低于治疗前,且治疗组患者治疗后的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂及血液流变学水平显著低于对照组治疗后。结论:采用三参降消胶囊治疗代谢综合征患者,能够降低其血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂水平,改善血液流变学指标,临床疗效较好。
Objective:To observe the effect of Sanshen Jiangxiao capsule on blood glucose and blood lipid in patients with metabolic syndrome and the indexes of hemorheology.Methods:Sixty-seven patients with metabolic syndrome were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(34 cases)and control group(33 cases).The control group used western medicine to reduce blood glucose and reduce lipid-lowering treatment.The treatment group was treated with Sanshen Jiangxiao capsule on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipid and hemorheology indexes of two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipids and blood rheology between the two groups before treatment;after treatment,the levels of blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipids and blood in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment Rheology was significantly lower than the control group after treatment.Conclusion:The treatment of patients with metabolic syndrome with SanShen Xiao Jiang Capsule can reduce its blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipid levels and improve the indexes of hemorheology.The clinical curative effect is better.
