摘要
为了能让基层医院快速、便捷地获得大医院影像诊断技术的帮扶,提高基层医院医学影像诊断能力。本研究设计了一个医学影像远程诊断云服务平台,实现基层医疗机构影像数据的自动上传、集中存储与管理,以及影像信息、诊断报告的院间共享。我们从对影像数据的注册、数据存储中心的设计以及影像的调阅过程,对影像云平台展开系统的构建与研究。该平台的成功研发,不仅为患者寻求异地医生的影像诊断咨询提供了有效地途径,同时也缓解了因医疗资源分配不均所带来的地区医疗水平不平衡的问题。影像云服务平台的实现,为我国基层医院带来了前所未有的发展机遇。
To get helps of diagnostic imaging technologies from the comprehensive hospital to improve the ability of medical image diagnosis of basic-level hospitals.A medical diagnostic imaging remote cloud service platform was designed and the automatic upload,centralized storage and management of image data of basic medical institutions was realized.Besides,it also achieved the share of medical image information and diagnostic reports in different hospitals.The construction and research of image cloud platform from the registration of image data were introduced systematicaly,the design of data storage center and the process of image were accessed.The successful development of the platform,not only provided an effective way of off-site medical diagnostic imaging consult for the patients,but also improved the problem of the unbalanced medical level because of the uneven distribution of medical resources.The realization of the image cloud platform brings opportunities for the development of basic-level hospitals in China.
