摘要
针对当前面瘫患者口唇部的功能性恢复不能直接进行定量评价的问题,研制了一种便携式口唇力测量仪。该仪器采用32位STM32嵌入式系统作为控制核心,控制高精度的模数转换器对拉力传感器得到的电压信号进行采样,并进行后续信号调理及前端触摸屏显示。实验表明:仪器获取的口唇力值精确度高(<0.06 N),且H-B分级与口唇力测量仪对面瘫分级的评估结果一致,可以为临床疗效评估和治疗提供很好的技术支持。
In order to solve the problem of the functional recovery of the lip department of the patients with facial paralysis,a kind of portable oral labial force measuring instrument was developed.The instrument used 32-bit STM32 embedded system as the control core,controled high-precision ADC converter to sample voltage signal of the pulling sensor and conditioned the follow-up signal and displayed the front-end touch screen.The experimental results show that the accuracy of the lipstick obtained by the instrument is high(<0.06 N),and the H-B grading is consistent with the assessment of facial paralysis grading,which can provide good technical support for clinical evaluation and treatment.
