摘要
本研究采用光催化接枝的方法,在硅胶导尿管表面接枝亲水性高聚物和抗菌成分醋酸氯己定(A)、牡丹酚(B),成功制备出两种具有不同超滑抗菌涂层的导尿管,并对其结构、形貌、亲水性、润滑性、抑菌性、稳定性等进行研究。结果表明:红外光谱分析证明亲水高聚物及抗菌成分均成功接枝到导尿管表面;相比于A超滑抗菌导尿管,B超滑抗菌导尿管的涂层更加致密、均匀,亲水涂层与抗菌涂层无明显界限,融为一体,且具有更优异的润滑性能和抑菌性能,其动摩擦力低至0.012 N,体外持续抗菌时间可达40 d以上,可满足临床使用需求,具有重要的临床价值和广阔的市场前景。
In this article,photocatalytic grafting was adopted to prepare hydrophilic polymer on the surface of silicone rubber catheter,and then two kinds of antimicrobial agents,chlorhexidine acetate and a kind of plant extract were grafted on the surface of hydrophilic polymer.Two kinds of ultra smooth catheters with different antibacterial coating were successfully prepared,and the structure,morphology,hydrophilicity,lubricity,antimicrobial resistance and stability were studied respectively.Results show that the infrared spectrum analysis prove that hydrophilic polymer and antibacterial compounds are successfully grafted to the surface of the catheter;compared with A,the ultra smooth coating of catheter B is more dense and uniform,and there is no obvious boundaries between hydrophilic coating and antibacterial coating.B has more excellent lubricating properties and antibacterial properties than A.The dynamic friction of B is as low as 0.012 N,and the in vitro antibacterial duration of B can be more than 40 days,which can meet the demand of clinical use,and has important clinical value and broad market prospect.
