摘要
目的:分析并探讨右美托咪定不同的麻醉给药方式在妇科腹腔镜手术中的临床效果,从而为临床上选择合适的麻醉方式提供依据。方法:选取2014年12月至2016年12月在医院选择腹腔镜手术治疗的妇科患者120例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。观察组单次注射右美托咪定,对照组持续注射右美托咪定。观察两组麻醉效果。结果:两组患者心率、血压无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组拔管时间为(16.14±4.86)min,苏醒时间为(3.67±1.43)h,OAA/S评分为(4.75±1.15);对照组拔管时间为(22.49±5.86)min,苏醒时间为(4.86±2.49)h,OAA/S评分为(3.25±0.88),观察组拔管时间及苏醒时间以及OAA/S评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为18.33%,对照组为35.00%,观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:单次静脉注射右美托咪定应用于妇科腹腔镜手术中,可以有效的提高麻醉效果,有助于维持血流动力学稳定。
Objectives:To analyze and explore the clinical effect of different administration methods of dexmedetomidine in gynecological laparoscopic surgery,to select suitable anesthesia methods for clinical practice.Methods:120 gynecological patients in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=60).The observation group received a single injection of dexmedetomidine,and the control group received continuous injection of dexmedetomidine.Anesthesia effect of the two groups were observed.Results:There was no significant difference in heart rate and blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).In observation group,the duration of extubation was(16.14±4.86)min,the recovery time was(3.67±1.43)h,and the OAA/S score was(4.75±1.15).In control group,the duration of extubation was(22.49±5.86)min,the recovery time was(4.86±2.49)h,and the OAA/S score was(3.25±0.88).The extubation time,recovery time and OAA/S score of observation group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 18.33%in observation group and 35.00%in control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Single intravenous administration of dexmedetomidine in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery can effectively improve the effect of anesthesia and help maintain hemodynamic stability
