本文通过回顾国内外近 2 0a有关质子泵抑制剂的研究及临床应用 ,就奥美拉唑、兰索拉唑、泮托拉唑、雷贝拉唑等新型质子泵抑制剂的作用机制及临床应用进行综述 。
To discuss research developments and compare clinical curative effects of proton pump inhibitors, based on reviewing the research and clinical administration in the recent 20 a of proton pump inhibitors.The mechanism and clinical administration of several new kinds of proton pump inhibitors, for example, omeprazole, lansoprazole, pantoprazole, rabeprazole have been summarized.
