摘要
建立了离子色谱(IC)同时测定火场爆炸残留物中9种典型阴离子(Cl^-、NO_2^-、ClO_3^-、NO_3^-、CO_3^(2-)、SO_4^(2-)、S_2O_3^(2-)、SCN^-、ClO_4^-)的分析方法。使用高容量阴离子交换柱IonPac AS20(250 mm×4 mm)分离,以氢氧化钾(KOH)溶液为流动相,梯度淋洗,进样量为20μL,柱温为40℃,流速为1.20 mL/min,在25 min内完成了9种典型阴离子的分离分析。9种阴离子在各自的范围内均呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999。9种阴离子的平均加标回收率为92.5%~101.3%,相对标准偏差为1.9%~2.8%(n=6)。该方法简便快捷,选择性好,灵敏度高,可满足火场爆炸残留物中无机离子的分析要求。
A novel method was developed for the simultaneous determination of nine typical anions(Cl-,NO-,C1O-,NO-,C〇3-,S〇4-,S2〇3'SCN-and C1O-)in explosive residues by ion chromatography(IC).A high capacity anion-exchange IonPac AS20 column(250 mm x4 mm)was used for the separation of the nine anions with gradient elution of KOH.The injection volume was 20uL,the column temperature was 40℃,and the flow rate was 1.20 mL/min.Inhibitory conductivity detections were adopted in the determinations.Good linearities were found for all the nine anions in their respective ranges.The correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999.The method was applied to the determination of the inorganic ions in explosive residues.The average recovery of the nine ions ranged from 92.5%to 101.3%.The relative standard deviations of the nine anions ranged from 1.86%to 2.79%(n=6).The method is simple,quick,selective and sensitive and can meet the requirement of the analysis.
