摘要
目的调查本市幼儿园小班儿童乳牙龋齿的患病情况及其影响因素。方法采用整群分层抽样的方法,调查本市33家幼托机构3 379名小班儿童乳牙龋齿情况,所有儿童分为龋齿组和非龋齿组,比较两组儿童的家庭环境及家庭牙齿健康教育情况。结果本市幼托机构小班儿童的患龋率为44.03%;无龋齿组的父母抚养、身体健康、母乳喂养、1岁前刷牙、刷牙≥1次/d、检查刷牙效果、父(母)学历中专以上、家庭中等收入以上等情况的比率显著高于龋齿组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无龋齿组的饮料≥1次/d、甜点≥1次/d、糖果≥1次/d、牙痛、(牙痛)影响进食、刷牙后进食、含奶嘴睡觉等情况的比率显著低于龋齿组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本市刚入托儿童乳牙患龋率较高,母乳喂养、早期刷牙、检查刷牙的效果、家长的口腔保健意识对乳牙有保护作用;低收入、低学历、隔代养育、甜品和饮料、含奶瓶入睡则是乳牙发生龋齿的高危因素。患龋儿童的家人存在错误的口腔健康观念,医务工作者应当利用各种渠道做好口腔健康宣教,以降低儿童患龋率。
bj e c tive To investigation the influencing factors of dental caries in children's deciduous teeth in kindergartens in this city.M ethods A total of 3 379 deciduous children with caries in 33 kindergartens in the city according to the cluster stratified sampling method.All children were divided into caries group and non caries group.The family environment and family dental health education of the two groups were compared.R e su lts The kindergartens children's caries prevalence rate was 4 4.0 3%.The proportions of parents upbringing,physical health,breastfeeding,brushing their teeth before 1 years old,brushing teeth more than 1 times per day,checking the tooth brushing effect,above secondary school of patients'education,above average household income in the non caries group were significantly higher than those of the caries group(P<0.05).The proportions of more than 1 times drinks,dessert or candy per day,toothache,(toothache)affect eating,eating after brushing and sleep with a nipple in the non caries group were significantly lower than those of the caries group(P<0.05).C o n clu sio n The prevalence of caries in deciduous teeth is high among newly children of preschools in our city.Breast feeding,early brushing,checking the effect of brushing and parents'awareness of oral health care have protective effects on deciduous teeth.Low income,poor education,grandparents'rearing,desserts and drinks,and sleeping with feeding bottle were high-risk factors for caries in deciduous teeth.The family members of caries children have wrong oral health concepts.Medical workers should use various channels to do oral health education,so as to reduce the incidence of dental caries in children
