摘要
目的比较胆囊癌根治术与介入栓塞化疗治疗晚期胆囊癌远期疗效及安全性。方法选取我院收治的94例胆囊癌晚期患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方式分为对照组与观察组,各47例。对照组患者进行介入栓塞化疗,观察组患者行胆囊癌根治术。比较两组患者的生存期、术后生活质量及并发症。结果观察组患者的无进展中位生存期与中位生存期均明显长于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后QOL各项评分及总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症总发生率为12.77%,明显低于对照组的29.79%(P<0.05)。结论胆囊癌根治术能有效提高晚期胆囊癌患者的术后生存期与生存质量,减少术后并发症,远期疗效与安全性都较理想,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To compare the long-term efficacy and safety of radical gallbladder radical surgery and interventional embolization chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gallbladder carcinoma.Methods A total of 94 advanced gallbladder carcinoma patients admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 47 cases in each group.The patients in the control group underwent interventional embolization chemotherapy,and the patients in the observation group underwent radical gallbladder radical surgery.The survival,postoperative quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The median progression-free survival and median survival of the observation group were longer than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative QOL scores and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of the observation group was 12.77%,which was lower than 29.79%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Radical gallbladder radical surgery in the treatment of advanced gallbladder carcinoma can significantly improve the patients'survival and quality of life,and reduce the postoperative complications.Its long-term efficacy and safety are ideal,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
