摘要
利用色谱法从彝药丛枝楤木的正丁醇萃取部分分离得到6个化合物.根据化合物的理化性质及波谱数据分析,将其分别确定为:山奈酚3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1)、山奈苷(2)、甘草素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、山奈酚7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(4)、马钱子苷(5)、苹果酸乙酯(6).以上所有化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到.
Phytochemical investigation on the chemical constituents from ethanol extracts of Aralia dumetorum Hand.-Mazz.led to the isolation of six compounds using various chromatography.Their structures were elucidated as kaempferide-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside([STHZ]1[STBZ]),kaempferitrin([STHZ]2[STBZ]),liquiritigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside([STHZ]3[STBZ]),kaempferide-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside([STHZ]4[STBZ]),loganin([STHZ]5[STBZ]),and malic acid ethyl ester([STHZ]6[STBZ]),respectively,based on the detailed spectral analysis.All the compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
