摘要
目前,500吨提升机液压系统的调试是利用自身液压泵来实现的,由于液压元件存在问题以及安装存在错误,会出现压力失调,造成严重的泄漏事故。为了解决该问题,提出应用有源液压测试仪进行调试。首先介绍了有源液压测试技术,进而叙述了调试前准备的任务,最后按照不同的测压点分别完成了各压力阀的调试任务,说明有源液压测试技术在某500吨提升机液压系统调试是有效的。
At present,500 tons of hoist hydraulic system debugging is using the hydraulic pump to realize the debugging,due to the problems existed in the hydraulic components and installation errors.There will be pressure disorders,causing serious leakage accident,in order to solve the problem.This paper puts forward the application of hydraulic active test instrument for debugging.First,this paper introduces the hydraulic active testing technology,and describes the debugging preparation task,and finally,according to the different pressure respectively,we completed the debugging tasks of each pressure valve that hydraulic active testing technology in some 500 tons of hoist hydraulic system debugging is effective.
