摘要
为适应社会经济发展,我国地方普通高校开始转型为应用型高校.高校的转型,必然引发人才培养目标和培养模式的变革.高校实验室管理应做相应变革,以满足培养应用型人才的需要.变革包括:目标变革;实验内容与方式变革;充分利用社会资源;完善管理体制;加强实验室师资队伍建设和实验室共享开放等.
In order to conform to the social and economic development,the general local institutions of higher education in China begin to transform into application-oriented universities.The transformation of universities will inevitably lead to the reformation of the objectives and modes of talents training.The laboratory management in universities should be adapted accordingly and corresponding changes must be made to meet the needs of cultivating applied talents.The changes in the laboratory management are made in the cultivating objective,the contents and methods of experiments,the utilization of social resources,the laboratory management system,laboratory facilities and laboratory sharing,etc.
