新生儿重症监护环境对早产儿的不良影响及其对策 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨新生儿重症监护环境对早产儿的不良影响及对策。方法按照就诊先后顺序,将68例新生儿重症监护中心收治的早产儿分为研究组(环境护理干预,n=34)与对照组(常规护理干预,n=34)。对比两组护理效果。结果出生后2周,两组每日摄奶量、体质量对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组首次排胎便时间、首次排黄便时间、血清总胆红素水平对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组家属护理满意度对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿重症监护中心早产儿护理过程中,实施环境护理干预的效果显著,值得推广应用。
