摘要
目的观察并分析通心络胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 2015年10月~2017年5月,周口市中医院共收治冠心病心绞痛患者69例,将其随机分成A、B两组,其中A组35例,B组34例。给予A组患者阿托伐他汀治疗:一周后调整用量,但最大用量不可超过40mg/d。B组患者在A组用药的基础上加服通心络胶囊,两组患者均连续服药4周。检测用药前后患者血脂水平:TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C;测定用药前后hs-CRP水平;根据WHO冠心病疗效标准,将治疗效果分成显效、有效和无效三个等级,并统计两组患者用药期间不良反应情况。结果经过四周治疗,两组患者TC、TG、LDL-C和hs-CRP水平有明显下降(P<0.05),HDL-C水平有明显升高(P<0.05),但B组结果优于A组(P<0.05);A组的总有效人数为25例,B组为31例,A组的总有效率低于B组总有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组的不良反应发生率高于B组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通心络胶囊联合阿托伐他汀可以有效改善冠心病心绞痛患者血脂水平,提高临床治疗率,且副作用较小,值得在临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of tongxinluo capsule combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of angina pectoris.Methods From2015.10to2017.5,there were69patients with angina pectoris in Chinese medicine hospital of Zhoukou,and they were randomly divided into the A group(n=35)and the B group(n=34).In the A group,Atorvastatin treatment was performed:but the maximum amount could not exceed40mg/d.The patients in group B were treated with tongxinluo capsule on the basis of group A:TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C and hs-CRP were measured before and aftert treatment.According to the clinical efficacy standard from WHO,the therapeutic effect was divided into three levels:high-efficiency,effective and ineffective.What’s more,the adverse reactions of the two groups were counted.Results After treatment,The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and hs-CRP in the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the HDL-C level significantly increased(P<0.05),but the results of group B was better than group A(P<0.05);The total effective number of group A was25while group B was31.The total effective rate of group A(71.42%)was lower than that of group B(91.18%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactionsin group A(11.43%)was higher than group B(8.82%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule combined with atorvastatin can effectively change the blood lipid level of patients with angina pectoris,improve the clinical treatment rate,and have less side effects.It is worth to be used in clinic.
