摘要
目的分析探究结肠息肉患者经肠镜下高频电凝电切除术治疗后的效果。方法本次研究选取2014年5月~2016年11月在本院被确诊为结肠息肉的患者162例,所有患者均经肠镜下高频电凝电切除术进行治疗,观察患者术中及术后的并发症发生情况,及术后的恢复状况,对治疗效果进行分析评价。结果 162例结肠息肉患者经肠镜下高频电凝电切除术进行治疗后,治疗部位均未出现复发,且无一例术中出血、穿孔与继发穿孔并发症出现,仅有15例由于术后护理不当出现继发出血症状,均经对症处理后缓解,治疗效果良好。结论应用肠镜下高频电凝电切除术对结肠息肉进行治疗,技术成熟,手术风险小,并发症发生率低,治愈率高,恢复时间短,患者接受程度高,值得在临床中广泛应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of high frequency electrocoagulation resection in colorectal polyps.Methods In this study,162patients with colorectal polyps diagnosed in our hospital from May2014to November2016were enrolled as the subjects.All patients underwent high-frequency electrocoagulation resection with colonoscopy were observed the occurrence of complications,and postoperative recovery of the situation,besides,compared the treatment effect.Results162cases of colonic polyps with colonoscopy under high frequency electrocoagulation resection for treatment,there were not recurrence in the treatment site,and no case of intraoperative bleeding,perforation and secondary perforation complications.Only15cases due to improper postoperative care took place the secondary bleeding symptoms,but relieved after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion High-frequency electrocoagulation resection of colonic polyps for the treatment of colonic polyps,it included some advantages,such as mature technology,low risk of surgery,low incidence of complications,high cure rate as well as good compliance.In addition,recovery time is short,patients with high degree of acceptance,it is worthy of clinical application.
