摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下小切口手术对肝囊肿患者的疗效及对肝功能的影响。方法选取本院2016年5月~2017年5月收治的102例肝囊肿患者,根据手术治疗方式不同,将其分为观察组(行腹腔镜小切口手术治疗)和对照组(行传统开腹手术治疗),各51例。记录比较两组手术时间、术中出血量及肝功能恢复时间;并比较两组术后肝功能指标变化及并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间与术中出血量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),肝功能恢复时间也显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组术后天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)各项指标均明显下降(P<0.05);且观察组明显优于对照组同期(P<0.05)。两组术后并发症发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜小切口手术对肝囊肿患者疗效确切,且能有效改善肝功能,值得临床广泛推广。
Objective To explore clinical effect of laparoscopic small incision surgery on liver cysts and its effect on liver function.Methods Selected102cases with liver cysts in our hospital from May2016to May2017as research objectives and divided them into observation group(laparoscopic small incision surgery)and control group(traditional open surgery)with51cases in each group.Recorded and compared two groups operation time,intraoperative blood loss and recovery time of liver function,as well as two groups’postoperative liver function and complication.Results Observation group’s operation time and intraoperative blood loss were significant lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and liver function recovery time was significant shorter than control group’s(P<0.05).Postoperative aspartate transaminase(AST),Alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and total bilirubin(TBIL)in to groups were significant lower than those before operation(P<0.05),and observation group’s index were significant better than those in control group at same time(P<0.05),There was no statistical significance in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic small incision surgery helps patients with liver cysts improve liver function with good clinical effect,it is worthy to be clinical promoted.
