摘要
目的观察应用血液净化治疗儿童中毒急危重症的疗效。方法选择2014年1月~2016年7月本院收治的75例急危重症中毒儿童作为研究对象,75例中毒儿童均给予紧急治疗,分析中毒患儿的治疗效果。结果 75例患儿治愈46例,好转26例,死亡3例,死亡原因,1例为毒蕈中毒,1例为百草枯中毒,1例因入院时合并器官功能障碍无法实施血液净化死亡;75例患者中有25例患者行血液净化治疗,行呼吸机辅助治疗15例。结论儿童中毒急危重症应用血液透析治疗配合呼吸机辅助治疗,可以有效提高临床治疗效果,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the therapevitc effect of blood purification treatment for children with acvte and severe acvte cliseases.Methods Between January2014and July2016,a total of75children suffering from critical acute poisoning admitted to our hospital were enrolled into the study.All the75cases of poisoned children were given emergency treatment,and the therapeutic effect of children with poisoning was analyzed.Results In the75cases,46cases were cured,26cases improved and3cases died.In terms of the cause of death,1case of mushroom poisoning,1case of paraquat poisoning,and1case of patient died due to the organ dysfunction which cannot be carry out blood purification.In the75patients,25patients underwent blood purification and15patients received ventilator adjuvant therapy.Conclusion The application of hemodialysis combined with ventilator adjuvant therapy,which can effectively improve the clinical outcome of children with acute and severe poisoning,is worthy of promotion and application.
