神经介入治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的近远期疗效及并发症观察分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究在缺血性脑血管疾病患者的具体治疗当中,患者接受神经介入治疗的近远期效果及出现并发症的情况。方法选择在2015年6月~2017年2月期间在本院接受治疗的96例缺血性脑血管疾病患者作为探讨研究对象,根据患者治疗方式的差异将其随机均分成常规组与介入组,常规组的患者仅需要接受临床常规方法的治疗,介入组患者则需要在上述治疗基础之上联合接受神经介入治疗,对两组患者治疗前后的神经功能缺损情况进行分析,并对比双方患者的并发症发生情况。结果介入组患者治疗后的神经功能缺损情况明显弱于常规组,且发生并发症的例数明显较少,两组患者的相关数据在比较之后存在显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在缺血性脑血管疾病患者的具体治疗当中,患者接受神经介入治疗的效果较好,此疗法值得应用。 Objective To investigate the short-term and long-term effects and complications of interventional therapy in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.Methods A total of96patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases were enrolled from June2015to February2017in our hospital,according to the difference of treatment methods,The patients were divided into routine group and intervention group.The routine group was only treated by outine clinical methods,while the intervention group received neurological intervention on the basis of the routine group.Before and after treatment,the neurological deficits and were analyzed,the complications were compared between the two groups.Results The neurological impairment and the number of complications in the intervention group was were significantly less than the routine group.There was a significant difference between the two groups after comparing the data(P<0.05).Conclusion Nerve interventional therapy has better effect on the specific treatment of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,and it is worthy of clinical application.
