摘要
目的研究分析眼科精密器械管理的措施及效果。方法本院于2015年6月~2016年6月期间对眼科精密器械实施了标准化管理措施,通过健全规章制度、规范清洗和消毒流程、规范检查和保养环节、加强质量控制来对眼科精密器械进行管理,比较标准化管理手段实施前(2014.5~2015.5)、实施后的器械清洁度、器械完好率,评价标准化管理手段的应用价值。结果标准化管理手段实施前(2014.5~2015.5)精密器械清洁合格率、器械完好率均低于实施后,两组数据差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眼科精密器械管理实施标准化管理方法,能有效减少精密器械报损情况,提高器械消毒灭菌质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To study and analyze the effects of ophthalmic precision instrument management.Methods Our hospital implemented standardized management measures for ophthalmic precision instruments from June2015to June2016.The management of ophthalmic precision instruments was carried out through the improvement of rules and regulations,standardized cleaning and disinfection procedures,standardized inspection and maintenance links,and strengthening quality control.Compared with the standardized management means before implementation(2014.5~2015.5),the degree of instrument cleanliness,instrument integrity rate,as well as evaluated the standardized management means of application value.Results Before the implementation of standardized management means the precision rate of cleaness and the intact rate of instruments were lower than after the implementation,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized management methods of the management of ophthalmic precision instrvment could effectively reduce the loss of precision instruments and improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization of instruments,which was worthy of popularizing.
