摘要
目的探讨分析影响血液病患者单采血小板输注疗效的因素。方法分析2015年1月~2015年12月72例血液病患者311次随机单采血小板输注疗效,对72例患者作血小板抗体筛检及观察是否存在感染、发热、脾肿大等非免疫因素。结果不同血液病种血小板输注无效率有统计学差异;不同输注次数输注无效率有统计学差异;血小板抗体阳性无效率增加;有非免疫因素时输注无效率增加。结论血小板抗体阳性、患者存在感染、发热等非免疫因素时会影响血小板的输注疗效。
Objective To investigate the factors influencing platelet transfusion.Methods Analyze the effect of311times random single platelet transfusions in72patients with hematologic diseases from January2015to December.The72patients were screened for platelet antibody and observe whether there is an infection,fever,splenomegaly and other non-immune factors.Results Different blood platelet transfusion disease had statistical difference between different infusion times of invalid rate.There is significant difference between the rate of infusion invalid.Platelet antibody positive inefficiencies increased.There was increase in inefficiencies when there were non-immune factors.Conclusion Platelet antibody positive,infection,fever and other non immune factors affect the platelet transfusion effect.
