摘要
目的分析老年慢性充血性心衰患者的外周血脑纳肽(BNP)的水平与其心电指标的相关性。方法将2015年5月~2017年5月在郑州人民医院心功能科室接受治疗的老年慢性心力衰竭患者90例作为研究对象,采集患者晨起空腹时血液样本并应用胶体金法对血液样本的血清BNP进行检测,检查患者心脏彩超,并分析不同分级患者对BNP浓度、LVEF值、QRS波时限的相关性。结果Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级患者BNP浓度、LVEF值、QRS波时限指标对比差异,(P<0.05),差异无统计学意义。Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级患者研究指标中QRS波时限、BNP浓度与分级表现呈正态相关性(P<0.05),差异显著;LVEF值与LVEF水平、QRS波时限呈负相关性(P<0.01),差异显著。结论 BNP水平检测是值得推广使用的检测方法,具有很高的研究价值。
Objective To analyze the correlation between the level of peripheral blood NP(BNP)and electrocardiogram(ECG)in the elderly patients with chronic congestive heart failure(H F).Methods90cases of patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from May2015to May2017were selected as the object of study.Blood samples were collected from fasting patients in early morning.Serum BNP levels in blood samples were detected by colloidal gold method.Color Doppler echocardiography was performed in patients.The correlation with BNP concentration,LVEF value and QRS wave duration was analyzed..Resw/S The BNP concentration,LVEF value and QRS wave time limit of patients were not significantly different(P﹥0.05).There was a positive correlation with QRS wave time limit,BNP concentration and grade performance in patients with grade II,III and IV(P<0.05),the difference was significant.The LVEF negatively correlated with LVEF level and QRS wave time limit(P<0.01),and the difference was very signitcant.Conclusion Levtl detection was worth popularizing,and had high research value.
