摘要
目的 研究分析中西医联合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取我院在2014年1月至2015年12月间收治的82例膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象，随机等分为对照组和实验组，对照组患者实施常规的西医治疗，实验组患者在常规西医治疗基础上结合中医治疗，比较2组患者的治疗效果及治疗后关节疼痛发生情况。结果实施中西医联合治疗的实验组患者总有效率为97.6%，对照组患者总有效率为75.6%，此外实验组患者治疗后关节疼痛发生率仅为2.4%，远低于对照组的24.4%。差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中西医联合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效明显，安全性高，优于单独使用西医治疗，值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective Analysis Chinese and Western medicine combined with the treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy and safety.Methods In our hospital in January2014to December2015were treated82cases of knee osteoarthritis patients in this study were randomLy divided into control and experimental group,the control group for patients with conventional Western medicine,laboratory patients with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the conventional western medicine on the basis of the therapeutic effect of two groups were compared after treatment and the occurrence of joint pain.Results The Chinese and Western medicine combination therapy for patients with total effective rate was97.6%in the control group of patients,the total effective rate was75.6%,in addition to the experimental group patients after treatment of joint pain rate was only2.4%,well below the24.4%in the control group.Significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment of knee osteoarthritis significantly,safe,better than western medicine alone,worthy of clinical application.
