摘要
目的 研究并探讨肺癌组织谷胱甘肽S-转移酶P1表达水平及临床病理学意义。方法于2011年1月~2014年2月期间，采集80例肺癌患者的肺癌组织、癌旁组织标本，比较肺癌组织和癌旁组织的GSTP1高表达率和表达水平。根据GSTP1表达情况将患者分为高表达组、低表达组，比较不同GSTP1表达水平患者的3年生存率，并明确GSTP1表达水平与肺癌患者预后之间的相关性。结果肺癌组织的GSTP1高表达率、GSTP1表达水平均高于癌旁组织（P<0.05）；高表达组的3年生存率明显低于低表达组（P<0.05）；经相关性分析，GSTP1表达水平与肺癌患者的预后密切相关，呈负相关。结论谷胱甘肽S-转移酶P1在肺癌患者中呈高表达，与肺癌患者的预后相关，可作为肺癌预后的预测指标。
Objective To study and investigate the expression levels of glutathione S-transferase P1and its clinicopathological significance in lung cancer.Methods From January2011~February2014,lung cancer and paracancerous tissues in80cases of patients with lung cancer were collected,the high expression rate and expression level of GSTP1in lung cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues were compared.According to the expression of GSTP1,the patients were divided into high expression group and low expression group,the3years survival rate in expression level of GSTP1in patients was compared,and the correlation between the level of GSTP1expression and the prognosis of lung cancer patients was determined.Results The high expression rate of GSTP1and the expression level of GSTP1in lung cancer tissues were higher than those in paracancerous tissues(P<0.05);The3year survival rate in the high expression group was significantly lower than that in the low expression group(P<0.05);By correlation analysis,the expression level of GSTP1was closely related to the prognosis of lung cancer patients,and negatively correlated.Conclusion Glutathione S-transferase P1is highly expressed in lung cancer patients,and is related to the prognosis of patients with lung cancer,it can be used as a prognostic indicator of lung cancer.
