摘要
目的 分析大张自体皮片移植修复术在颏颈部瘢痕粘连畸形修复中的价值。方法选取于2013年6月~2015年1月间于我院就就诊的颏颈部瘢痕粘连畸形的病人61例。行大张自体皮片移植修复术者纳入观察组（n=32），行游离皮片治疗者纳入对照组（n=29）。观察2组修复术的疗效及满意程度。结果观察组的修复效果中达显效、进步、合格的标准分别占43.75%、40.63%、15.62%，有效率高达84.38%，显著高于对照组水平，差异具有统计学性质的意义（P﹤0.05）。观察组对术式满足者占21.87%，较为满意者占53.13%，满意率高达75.00%，远远优于对照组水平，具有统计学意义的差异（P﹤0.05）。结论大张自体皮片移植修复术在修复颏颈部瘢痕粘连畸形上具有更高的临床价值，值得临床推广使用。
Objective To study The value of large sheet autograft transplantation repair in patient with scar adhesion abnormality in jaw and neck.Methods61patients were selected from June,2013to January,2015in our hospital for the treatment of mandibular neck scar adhesion deformity.Autologous skin grafts were repaired in the observation group(n=32).Free skin grafts were repaired in the control group(n=29).Results The effective rate of the observation group was43.75%,40.63%,15.62%,and the effective rate was84.38%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,21.87%of patients were satisfied with operation,53.13%were satisfied,Satisfaction rate as high as75.00%,far better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Large sheet autograft transplantation repair in patient with scar adhesion abnormality in jaw and neck has a more clinical value,which should be worthy of use.
