摘要
为研究中草药复方对塞北兔幼兔腹泻的预防作用,本试验选取体重相近、健康的塞北兔断奶幼兔80只,公母各半,随机分为4组,1组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;2、3、4组为试验组,分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1.0%和1.5%中草药复方,预饲期5 d,试验期30 d。测定兔生长性能、腹泻率、死亡率及血清生化指标。试验结果表明:日粮中添加中草药可以减少腹泻和死亡的发生;与对照组相比,试验3、4组日增重提高而料重比降低,且均达到极显著水平(P<0.01);日粮中添加中草药可以增加血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)和球蛋白(GLB)含量,且试验3、4组总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(GLB)含量显著升高(P<0.05);另外,试验组血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性均升高,但与对照组相比,差异不显著(P>0.05)。总之,日粮中添加中草药复方可以有效预防塞北兔幼兔腹泻,改善血清生化指标,促进其生长。
In order to explore the preventive effect of Chinese herbal compound on the diarrhea of Saibeirabbits,A total of80healthy weaned young Saibei rabbits with the similar weight were chosen in the experiment(male and female half).They were randomly divided into4groups.Group1was control group and fed with basaldiet,group2,3and4were test groups and fed with basal diet added with0.5%,1.0%,1.5%Chinese herbalcompound.Pre-test was5d and test period was30d.The growth performance index of rabbit was determined inthe trial period,the diarrhea rate and death rate of each group were calculated and the serum biochemicalindexes were determined at the end of test.The results showed that Chinese herbal compound could reduce theoccurrence of diarrhea and death.The average daily gain(ADG)in the test group3and4were increased andfeed weight ratio were extremely significant deereased compared with control group(P<0.01).The results ofserum protein content showed that adding Chinese herbal compound in the diet could increase the content oftotal protein(TP),albumin(ALB)and globulin(GLB),the content of TP and GLB in the group3and4showeda trend of significant differences(P<0.05).In addition,the serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartateaminotransferase(AST)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity of group2,3and4were all increased,butcompared with the control group,the difference was not significant(P>0.05).In conclusion,adding Chineseherbal compound in the daily diet could effectively prevent young Saibei rabbits from diarrhea,and improve the serum biochemical indexes,promote the growth of the rabbits.
