摘要
目的在中暑危险预警气候条件下,研究军人超大强度军事训练时生理指标变化,为部队预防中暑提供参考。方法选择中国东部(293人)、南部(208人)、中部地区(601人),热指数≥40气候条件下,按照训练计划分别进行轻装5、10 km跑、20 km奔袭考核训练。每个地区从训练人群中以班为单位抽取50人左右为试验对象。测量训练前及训练后即刻心率、核心体温、体质量,其他参训人员可自愿测量上述指标,规定当发生身体不适时申请测量上述指标。训练前由医师进行防中暑宣讲,并统一饮水400 ml。结果参训人员训练中测心率>170次/min,属于超大强度训练。在热指数≥40时,中暑及先兆中暑发生率0.91%。训练前后体质量变化、核心温度变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中暑人员核心温度>38.5℃,训练后心率恢复慢,发生中暑人员均有诱因。结论良好的保障措施可使中暑发生率降低。身体不适是炎热季节发生中暑的诱因。
Objective To study the changes of physiological indexes of subjects under high intensity military training despite high risk of heatstroke,and to provide reference for heatstroke prevention.Methods Subjects selected from East China(293people),South China(208people),and Central China(601people)were subjected to5,10km,and20km running under a heat index of≥40.Fifty subjects were selected from each region for measurement of their heart rate,core temperature and body weight before training and after training.Measurement was taken in case of discomfort.Heatstroke prevention education was given before the experiment,and subjects drank400ml water.Results The average heart rate of the subjects was>170times per minute during training,which indicated a high training intensity.When the heat index reached40,the incidence of heatstroke and signs of heatstroke was0.91%.There was significant difference in body weight changes and core temperature changes after training(P<0.05).The core temperature of the subjects who experienced heatstroke was>38.5℃,their heart rate recovery was slow,and they had predisposition.Conclusion Effective measures of prevention can reduce the incidence of heatstroke.Physical discomfort is the cause of heat stroke in hot seasons.
