冷轧变形对00Cr12Ni9Mo4Cu3Ti0.9Al0.4马氏体时效不锈钢力学性能和耐蚀性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 制备了一种00Cr12Ni9Mo4Cu3Ti0.9Al0.4马氏体时效不锈钢,经冷轧变形和时效处理后,其硬度可达55 HRC,抗拉强度达2 310 MPa。冷轧并时效的试样的点蚀电位高于固溶态试样。随着冷轧变形率从63%增加到85%,钢的点蚀电位略有提高,从370 m V增加到了410 m V。经85%冷轧变形和440℃时效4 h后,该马氏体时效不锈钢在模拟海水3.5%Na Cl溶液中的腐蚀失重速率为0.27×10^(-3)g·m^(-2)·h^(-1),且有大量ε-Cu和Ni_3(Ti,Al)相析出,具有较高的强度和良好的耐蚀性能。 Samples of00Cr12Ni9Mo4Cu3Ti0.9Al0.4maraging stainless steel were prepared,which exhibited as high hardness as55HRC and as high tensile strength as2310MPa after cold rolling deformation followed by aging treatment.Pitting potential of the sample cold-olled and then aged was higher than that of the sample solution treated.With the increase of cold rolling deformation rate from63%to85%,the pitting potential of the steel increased slightly from370mV to410mV.After being cold-olled to deformation rate of85%and aged at440℃for4h,the maraging stainless steel offered weight loss rate of0.27×10-3g·m-2·h-1in a simulated sea water with3.5%NaCl,and had a large amount of precipitated phases such asε-u and Ni3(Ti,Al),as well as higher strength and good corrosion resistance.
