摘要
基于故障模式及影响分析(FMEA)理论以及风险评估分析方法,提出高速列车门系统常见的25种故障模式,从风险等级和危害度2个方面对高速列车门系统进行风险评估并相互印证,得到高速列车门系统风险等级较高的关键故障模式,以及影响高速列车门系统安全性的关键部件,为有针对性研究故障产生的原因与制定具体解决措施、降低和规避运用风险提供依据。
Based on a study on the theory of failure modes and effect analysis(FMEA),as well as the risk assessment analysis method,this paper puts forward25different failure modes of high-speed train door system,makes risk assessment on high-speed train door system and counterchecks each other from the2aspects of risk levels and harms seriousness,gains key failure modes at higher risk level of high speed train door system,and identifi es the key components that infl uences the safety of high speed train door system,and provides the basis for fault cause and formulates concrete measures to reduce and avoid operational risks.
