轮缘润滑技术是减缓轨道交通车辆车轮轮缘磨损的重要手段。集成安装型轮缘润滑装置自带风源系统,产生并存储压缩空气,用于驱动润滑剂的喷射,适用于现代低地板有轨电车。装置安装和维护方便,结构紧凑,安全可靠,可提供多种控制模式和润滑策略,并能够根据需要对车辆提供的电源制式进行转换,简化了车辆的电源设计。
Wheel-flange lubrication technology is an important method to reduce wheel fl ange wear.Integrated type wheel-flange lubrication device for modern low floor tram produces and stores compressed air which is used to spray lubricantby its compressed air system.The wheel-flange lubrication device is easy to mount and maintain,compact in structure,safe and reliable.The wheelflange lubrication device provides several control modes and lubrication strategies which shift to a different power system supplied by vehicle when it is needed,so it simplifies the design of vehicle power supply system.
