摘要
新型国际关系是与旧型国际关系相对而言,必定要展现出新特征。由于主权国家之间关系这个基础未变,所以新型国际关系的主体没有实质变化。新型国际关系最鲜明的特征是以合作共赢为核心理念,以构建人类命运共同体为目标模式。在核心理念和目标模式的引导下,新型国际关系在主要内容、主题、国家间关系定性、主要矛盾、主要行为方式等方面都会有不同于旧型国际关系的新特征。
The new type of international relations shows distinctive features as compared to the old one. As the basis of relationships among sovereign countries has not changed, there has been no substantive transformation in the subject of the new type of international relations. The most prominent characteristic of the new type of international relations is the core concept of win-win cooperation and the objective of building of a community with a shared future for mankind. Guided by the core concept and the objective, the new type of international relations will demonstrate differences in terms of main content, theme, nature of interstate relations, principal contradiction and major behavioral pattern.
