摘要
轴流式通风机是现如今煤矿应用比较普遍的,采用变频调速技术能够实现矿井通风机的软启动,大大提高了通风机的工作效率,达到降低电能损耗的目的。以同煤马道头矿井的通风系统为例,对其变频拖动方案进行探究,并进行对比分析,在安全经济、节能减排的综合考虑下,最终确定主通风机变频拖动方案,通风机最高效率达到84.5%,矿山整体经济效益提高。
Axial flow fan is now more common in coal mines,the use of variable frequency speed control technology can achieve the soft-start of mine fan,greatly improving the efficiency of fan to achieve the purpose of reducing power consumption.Taking the ventilation system in Madaotou Mine of Datong Coal Mine Group as an example,the ventilation frequency drag scheme is explored and compared,based on the consideration of safety,economy and energy saving,the ventilation frequency drag scheme of the main fan finally determined,the maximum efficiency of the fan reached84.5%,and the overall economic efficiency of the mine is improved.
