摘要 在客运专线,桥梁架设工程施工中,目前受箱梁底部和桥墩顶面空间的限制,防落梁挡块安装主要是靠人工安装。每个防落梁挡块重量约150千克,至少需四个人力才能将防落梁挡块进行转移,再用人力将防落梁挡块吊至桥墩凹槽上,桥墩凹槽上仍需要四人将防落梁挡块抬至安装位置。为了解决这一困难,通过理论研究和现场试验,研制出了一套省时省力的防落移梁安装系统。 In the construction of bridge erection in passenger dedicated railway line,the space at the bottom of the box girder and the bridge piers is limited at present,so the installation of the anti-falling beam stopper is mainly by manual installation.Each anti-falling beam stopper weighs about150kg,at least four manpower can transfer anti-falling beam stopper,and then manually drop the falling beam stopper hanging to the bridge pier groove,and the bridge pier groove still need four people fall off the beam stopper to the installation position.In order to solve this problem,a set of time-saving and labor-saving anti-falling beam installation system was developed through theoretical research and field experiments.
