摘要
目的:探讨采用耳下区皮瓣转移结合术后放疗在耳垂部瘢痕疙瘩修复中的临床应用。方法:选择2015年以来笔者科室收治的6例耳垂部瘢痕疙瘩患者为研究对象,根据瘢痕疙瘩切除后耳垂缺损大小,设计并切取耳下区皮瓣折叠转移至瘢痕疙瘩切除区进行修复,术后行常规耳垂部放射治疗。结果:6例患者瘢痕疙瘩均无复发,再造耳垂全部成活,形态良好。结论:采用耳下区皮瓣转移结合放疗法治疗耳垂部瘢痕疙瘩,血运可靠,创伤小,是一种合理有效的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of subauricular flap transfer combined with postoperative radiotherapy in the repair of keloids in the earlobe.Methods Six cases with keloids in the earlobe treated in the our department since2015selected as the research object,according to the size of the earlobe defect after keloids excision,the subauricular flap was dissected and transferred to the keloids excision area which was designed for repairment.The conventional earlobe radiotherapy was performed after surgery.Results There were no recurrence of keloids in6cases,and all earlobe reconstructions were successful.Conclusion It is a reasonable and effective method for the treatment of keloids in the earlobe by using the combination of subauricular flap transfer and radiotherapy,with reliable blood supply and small trauma.
