湖北襄阳土壤Cd、Pb污染植物修复技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 本次研究在开放的环境下采用植物修复技术对研究区受Cd、Pb污染的土壤开展修复实验。选取玉米为研究对象,配合超富集植物三叶鬼针草间作,同时辅以螯合剂EDDS使土壤中重金属活化,以提升植物的诱导吸收效应。多组实验结果表明:(1)玉米套种三叶鬼针草同时施用EDDS,污染地块土壤中Cd、Pb提取率最优;(2)三叶鬼针草对污染土壤中的Cd有强烈富集作用,对Pb富集作用不明显;(3)采用玉米与三叶鬼针草间作的种植方式,三叶鬼针草能有效抑制玉米对土壤中Cd的吸收,对Pb吸收的抑制作用不明显。 The study was conducted in an open environment with the use of plant repair techniques to carry out repair experiments in soils contaminated with Cd and Pb.The maize research object was selected to coordinate the intercropping of three leaves of the superrich plant,and it was supplemented with the chelating agent EDDS to promote the activation of heavy metals in the soil to promote the induced absorption effect of plants.Experimental results showed:①the maize interplanting of Bidens pilosa L and the application of EDDS in Cd and Pb pollution soil had optimal extraction rate.②Bidens pilosa L has a strong effect on the enrichment of Cd in the soil,no obvious enrichment of Pb.③The corn and Bidens intercropping cultivation,Bidens pilosa L effectively inhibit the absorption of soil Cd in maize.The inhibitory effect on Pb absorption was not obvious.
