摘要
以贵阳市花溪区农户走访调研数据为基础,运用统计分析知识及二元Logistic模型对农户参与宅基地退出意愿和影响因素进行分析,得出农民文化程度、农户宅基地闲置数量、宅基地退出政策态度对其退出具有正向影响;农户家庭人口规模、宅基地处置权的认知情况对其退出具有较为显著的负向影响。并提出明晰权属关系、宣传落实宅基地退出政策、制定合理的补偿标准、加强农民就业指导、完善社会保障体系是激发农民退出宅基地意愿的关键。
Based on the survey data of Huaxi district in Guiyang city,this paper explores the factors that have influenced farmers’willingness to quit rural residential land by statistic analysis and binary logistic model.It is found that farmers’education background,the number of rural residential land and the homestead exit policy all have positive impact on their willingess to quit the land whereas the number of population in the family and the cognitive status of rural residential land disposal right have a negative influence.It is proposed that clear ownership,implementation of rural homestead exit policy,formulation of reasonable compensation standard,enhancement of farmers’employment guidance and improvement of the social security system are the keys to stimulate farmers’willingness to quit rural residential land.
