摘要
针对水泡粪工艺畜禽养殖水废水高CODCr、高SS、高NH3-N、水质波动大的特性,设计采用固液分离-混凝沉淀-两级厌氧(USR+UASB)-两级缺氧/好氧(A/O/A/O)-混凝沉淀-氧化消毒的组合工艺处理该类废水,介绍了该工艺流程及设计参数,预测了各单元处理效果,该组合工艺最终处理出水能够达到GB 18596—2001《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》的要求。
According to the characteristics of the livestock and poultry breeding wastewater discharged from process of manure cleaning by water submerging such as:high concentrations of CODCr,SS and NH3-N,huge fluctuation of water quality load,and so on,a combined process of solid liquid separation-coagulation sedimentation-two stage anaerobic(USR+UASB)-two stage anoxic/aerobic(A/O/A/O)-coagulation sedimentation-oxidation disinfection was adopted for its treatment.The flow and design parameters of the said process were introduced,and the treatment effect of each unit was forecasted.The effluent water from the said combined process could meet the requirement of GB18596-2001Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Livestock and Poultry Breeding.
